Texts are fastest. Calls are personal. Email's fine if it isn't urgent. I read every message myself.
Fastest reply. Send a photo of the car if you're unsure what it needs — I'll quote within the hour.
Open MessagesSame number. If I don't pick up I'm under a polisher — leave a voicemail and I'll call back same day.
Place a callBest for fleet inquiries, ceramic estimates, or anything with attachments. Replies within one business day.
Compose emailIf you're inside the dashed ring, no travel fee. Outside the ring, $1.25/mi each way — most folks in Cave Creek, Tempe, and Mesa work out fine.
No. The rig is fully self-contained — 80-gallon water tank, 3500W generator, and on-board lighting. You don't need to leave the door unlocked or run a hose. If you happen to have an outdoor outlet I'm happy to use it (saves the generator), but it's never required.
Express is 60–90 minutes. Signature is 3.5–4.5 hours. Showroom is a full day, 7am to 5pm. Paint correction + ceramic is 2–3 days; the car needs to stay in shade and out of rain (we'll plan around it).
Absolutely. Most clients do. Just leave the keys somewhere safe (or use the app key if it's a Tesla / Rivian / similar). I'll text you photos before I leave, and your car is covered under my $2M general liability while it's in my care.
I won't no-show — you'll get a text the night before if the forecast looks bad. Light rain we usually push through (modern coatings cure fine in cool weather). Heavy rain or active storms = free reschedule, no questions asked.
Yes, but installs are by appointment at my partner shop in north Scottsdale (PPF is hard to do well in a driveway — needs a lint-free environment). I handle the consultation, ceramic top, and warranty. Quote on request.
Card on file at booking, charged on completion. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle all welcome. Cash also fine. No deposit required for any single-day appointment; ceramic packages have a 25% deposit to lock the date.
No. If your paint is in great shape and just needs a wash, I'll book you Express and not push correction. If your interior is genuinely fine, I'll say so. The reason 70% of my work is repeat clients is because I tell people the truth about what their car needs.
No — detailing only. If you need engine, brake, or tire work in your driveway, I'd recommend a dedicated mobile mechanic.
